1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZappHero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ZappHero is a cloud-based operations management platform for restaurants, hospitality businesses, and retail operations, including checklist management, temperature logging, compliance tracking, team accountability, and reporting features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized access at support@zapphero.com.

4. Subscription and Billing

ZappHero is $50 per location per month. A credit card is required to begin your 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 8. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly. Cancel anytime from Account Settings — no partial refunds for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use ZappHero to violate any law, upload harmful or fraudulent content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer the platform, resell access without permission, or damage our infrastructure.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading content, you grant ZappHero a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your operational data for other purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZappHero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our compliance features are tools to assist your operations — they do not guarantee passing any health inspection or audit.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZappHero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Data is retained for 30 days after termination before deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes shall be resolved in Massachusetts courts.
